All our products are sent discreetly via Australia Post Express Post
They all have tracking numbers which will be sent to you via email.
if you wish to include a mobile number it will be sent via both.
We will endeavour to get your order out the door within 48 hours of order being placed and payment being received.
We will only ship stock that is physically in our possession.
If it is listed as available, it is physically in our possession and available for picking and sending orders. Our stock is set in our inventory and once orders are placed and filled they are automaticlly deducted so we can never accept an order that has zero stock.
Our job is to make and keep you happy getting your order to you as promptly and discreetly as possible for your peace of mind.

Return & Exchange Policy
Please note, we do not accept returns of stock. I guarantee my stock, choose wisely your selections. once it is sent there is no turning back.
we will help where possible. ie strain change if it hasn't already been picked, packaged and sent. we will ship, monday wednesday and friday so keep that in mind if you change your selection. we are here to help wherever we can.
